What to include, if you have it
- The OM or the budget and schedule.
- The rent roll and the T-12.
- Your model, if there is one. I work in it.
- Loan documents or the term sheet, if the question is about debt.
- For sourcing: the asset type, markets and signals you care about.
- For an AI build: which workflow, and where the documents live.
NDA
Send yours and I will sign it before you send documents. If you do not have one, I will send a short mutual NDA with my reply.
No phone number on the site by choice. Email reaches me faster, and it leaves a record of what we agreed.
Response time
Within one business day, usually the same day. If I cannot take the work by your deadline, I will say so in the first reply.
Where
Greater Boston. Most work is remote; I meet in person in Boston when it helps.
What happens next
A written scope by email, your NDA signed, and work starts. Nothing I do is paid on a transaction outcome.
